We are seeking an Electrical Validation Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the setup, integration, and optimization of ICT systems used in testing electrical components in a high-volume production environment.

• Lead setup, integration, and maintenance of ICT hardware systems for electrical testing validation
• Develop and validate custom fixtures, adapters, and test parameters for high-throughput production
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and optimize test programs using advanced diagnostic tools
• Collaborate with software engineers and manufacturing teams for seamless ICT system operation
• Validate testing procedures and configurations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage hardware inventory to minimize downtime
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electronics experience
• Proficiency with circuit analysis and diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers)
• Strong understanding of electrical component datasheets and testing validation
• Expertise in reading schematics and technical documents with electrical design knowledge
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Programming experience in , Python, or LabVIEW for test automation
• CAD tools experience for schematic review/modification
• Manufacturing processes and quality standards knowledge
• PCB fabrication, SMT, and validation testing background
