** JOB PURPOSE
**** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** To ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement by leading quality-related initiatives and resolving issues in existing products. To contribute technical expertise to development projects and collaborate across departments to meet the high standards of global automotive customers.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead and manage quality-related cases and initiatives.
* Support product managers in resolving issues with existing products.
* Contribute technical expertise to development projects.
* Work within customer portals to manage quality documentation and communication.
* Read and interpret technical drawings.
* Perform measurements and calibrations.
* Handle quality tools and processes such as PPAP, MSA and control plan creation
* Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure delivery of high-quality, profitable products.
* Maintain high standards to meet the expectations of global automotive customers.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a university-trained engineer, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electronics—or have equivalent experience. Experience from the automotive industry is highly valued. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
