Material Costbook Coordinator

Job Description:

• The role of the Material Costbook Coordinator is to support the project team by updating the Total Production Cost (TPC) estimate for the project.
• The Material Costbook Coordinator will be working on parts of different projects simultaneously.
• They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the project Costbook reflects the Bill of Materials accurately.
• Additionally, they will collaborate with the Cost Engineering, Manufacturing, or Purchasing team to ensure that the project Costbook reflects the most up-to-date prices for the parts.
• They will be responsible for presenting the Project TPC situation and its evolution from the previous month on a monthly basis.
• As part of their responsibilities in establishing a comprehensive picture of the project TPC
• The Material Costbook Coordinator will also support the project in achieving the TPC target through the following tasks:
• Highlighting the reliability of the TPC forecast
• Managing provision consumption with the project team
• Comparing with other projects to identify price discrepancies.

• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and synthesis mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and IT tools
• Working proficiency in English
• Prior experience or knowledge in the automotive industry would be a plus.
