Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in automotive engineering, vehicle integration, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create impactful client presentations.
• Experience in any of the following areas is a huge plus:
  • Body‑In‑White
  • Chassis
  • Electrical Systems
  • Battery Electric Drivetrain
• Ability to travel as required (approximately 10%–15%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to develop innovative solutions in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, and manufacturing.
• Conduct in‑depth assessments and benchmarking to uncover opportunities for performance improvements and cost savings.
• Lead and contribute to fast‑paced ideation sessions that drive product innovation.
• Develop detailed reports and dynamic presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn innovative ideas into practical, high‑impact solutions.
