As a Senior Electrical Cost Estimator Consultant at Munro and Associates, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide industry‑leading solutions in the automotive sector. We are seeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in electrical cost estimation, with a strong focus on automotive systems, including electric vehicle controlling electronics and drive systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success costing a range of electronic/electrical systems.
- Utilize your extensive expertise to consult on cost estimation for automotive components and systems. Specialize in electric vehicle controlling electronics, HV systems, drive motors and electronics/infotainment systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop accurate cost estimates and provide strategic recommendations.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to optimize cost efficiencies and offer consultancy on process improvements.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and provide clients with actionable insights.
- Present cost estimation findings and consulting recommendations to clients and internal teams.

- 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, specifically in automotive electronic components and systems.
- Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.

- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements. This may include local and domestic travel.
