- Hardware In Loop systems experience (dSPACE, ETAS, NI, Vector, etc.)
- Experience in HIL simulator design, electrical/wiring harness design, load box design, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink, CAN/CANFD, SPI, LIN and Flash bootloaders
- Perform Impact and requirements analysis including BOM
- Primary interface between HIL development team and external teams
- Prepare the harness definition design.
- Attend meetings to gather the required information and communicate progress updates.
- Work with the hardware engineer to prepare kits that include all the components needed, to be sent to the HIL supplier to build the harness.
- Leading and resolving all identified HIL related issues.
- Hands on ability to modify wiring on existing harness and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Lead meeting to collect enablers to design a system HIL, to deliver on time.
- Commission design through open and closed loop setup.
- Ability to communicate effectively internally within the group, and externally (including suppliers).

- Work with the hardware engineer to prepare kits that include all the components needed, to be sent to the HIL supplier to build the harness.
- Harness build verification per design.
- Leading and resolving all identified HIL related issues.
- Hands on ability to modify wiring on existing harness and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Lead meeting to collect enablers to design a system HIL, to deliver on time.
- Commission design through open and closed loop setup.
- Ability to communicate effectively internally within the group, and externally (including suppliers).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering
