We are seeking a Design & Release Engineer with experience in automotive product development to support the design, development, and release of Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with automotive requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the design, development, and release of Battery Disconnect Unit systems.
- Create and maintain engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support design reviews, validation activities, troubleshooting, and engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, product specifications, and project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive design and release engineering.
- Knowledge of Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) systems and automotive battery systems.
- Experience with CAD software such as CATIA, Siemens NX, or Creo.
- Knowledge of engineering change management, product validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
