Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work closely with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time.

• Attend to customers quickly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park.
• Operate the check‑in process, having guests sign liability waivers and provide contact information using an iPad.
• Operate the front cash counter: receive exact cash, process card payments, and provide change.
• Process billing transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
• Monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor regularly to ensure there are no unsafe hazards and guests follow park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures (tables, chairs, playground equipment).
• Assist and participate in family events, ensuring efficient operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Perform frequent bilateral hand movements with good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
• Tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
