Overview
We’re searching for fun‑loving, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Experience Team – where every day is full of fascinating marine life, interactive experiences, and magical memories for our guests.
Responsibilities- Bring the ocean to life for our guests by delivering fun, interactive talks and animal encounter sessions.
- Help keep the aquarium sparkling clean, safe, and magical for everyone.
- Share your passion for the oceans and conservation in a friendly, engaging, and upbeat way.
- Greet and connect with guests with enthusiasm, energy, and a smile — creating memorable experiences every day.
- Manage queues safely while keeping the guest experience smooth, fun, and enjoyable.
- Ensure all public areas are well‑stocked, tidy, and ready to welcome guests at opening and throughout the day.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures to keep operations running like clockwork.
- Keep the aquarium safe for guests, animals, and team members by adhering to all Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID‑19 protocols.
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service‑based positions preferred.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
