Finance Manager

Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required (written and verbal)

Seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, and financial performance analysis. The role requires expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, financial modeling, and manufacturing finance
. The successful candidate will support strategic decision-making, strengthen financial controls, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, operating expenses, and financial performance.
• Oversee cost controls, product costing, margin analysis, and manufacturing cost performance.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and financial business cases.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and financial reporting processes.
• Develop and improve financial dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and operational performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience in general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and audit support

• Knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information clearly.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication, is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
