Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Auburn Hills, MI

Part-Time | Center-Based or In-Home

• Competitive pay: $18‑23/hour, based on experience and location

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
• Accurately track data and progress in real‑time
• Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
• Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

• Have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or are ready to get it—we’ll help!)
• Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact
• Are detail‑oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check and complete RBT onboarding
• Bonus if you have experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology‑related fields
