• Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Auburn Hills, MI.
• Two forms of ids
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and mobility assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $16.00.
