Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter II (Hunter) to manage full‑cycle recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines. This is a full‑time position based in Auburn Hills, MI, transitioning to hybrid after 90 days of in‑office work.

- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coaching
- Source active and passive candidates for Automotive, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in VMS environments
- Build and maintain candidate networks for key accounts
- Conduct daily follow‑ups on recruitment activities and progress
- Schedule interviews, negotiate pay rates, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing learning
- Proven staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in VMS environments
- Strong business acumen, coachability, and enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and database systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive under pressure
