• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles.
• Partner with clients to define strategic hiring needs and craft winning recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and strong client relationships.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and creative marketing.
• Stay ahead of market trends and act as a subject matter expert in HR, Engineering, and Supply Chain recruiting.

• 3+ years on “360” recruiting experience or 3+ years in B2B sales in a professional services environment.
• A sales-driven mindset—you’re competitive, persistent, and love the hunt.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities.
• Process driven and tech-savvy with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
