We are seeking a visionary Senior Data Architect to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping our data ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.

• Lead the creation and implementation of enterprise-wide data strategies.
• Architect scalable data models and integration frameworks using Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and oversee data ingestion pipelines from ERP and other enterprise applications into Azure Fabric.
• Setup Azure Dev Ops practices for CICD.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide data engineers in best practices, architecture standards, and career development.
• Ensure data architecture aligns with governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance data capabilities.
• Document architectural decisions, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Support agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data strategy.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and data modeling techniques.
• Proven experience designing and implementing data integrations across complex systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and data ingestion methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem, Redshift, etc.
• Knowledge of AI/ML data requirements and integration with analytical platforms.
• Certification in Azure Data Architecture or related technologies.
