ERP​/SAP Specialist

-United States Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the current ERP system, related workflows, and key business processes.
• Actively participate in the transition project from the current ERP to SAP, including data validation, testing, and go-live support.
• Serve as the first point of contact for local SAP user support, addressing day-to-day questions and system inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP issues or escalate and coordinate with the central IT team and global SAP support when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, Quality, and HR—to ensure smooth adoption of SAP across departments.
• Assist with documenting new processes, user guides, and SOPs to support training and long-term system effectiveness.
• Help facilitate user training sessions, refreshers, and post-implementation support to ensure confidence and consistency in SAP usage.
• Monitor data accuracy, support error corrections, and help drive continuous improvement in system utilization.

• Basic experience with ERP systems
• 1-3 years of SAP experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with central IT teams.
• Experience leading functional implementations
• 3+ years of relevant experience in ERP integration, project management, or related roles. Technical aspects of software integration and strategic planning preferred.
• Ability to create thorough documentation for integration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
