Skills:

AIX Admin with experience in patching

1. Strong Unix knowledge (AIX (Primary), Secondary
-Linux –Suse/Redhat , HP-UX and Solaris Servers)

2. Patching UNIX servers

3. BMC Blade logic tool knowledge for patch deployment

4. Troubleshoot patch issues

5. Create automation, gap analysis and provide recommendation

6. Shell script knowledge

7. Knowledge on HACMP

8. Work with app owner and Unix admin to get the patching schedule

9. Act as a point of contact for all communication related to UNIX patching

10. Able to work under timelines

12. Good communication and Interpersonal skills
