* Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across various environments.
* Document defects clearly and thoroughly, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity ratings.
* Collaborate with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Validate bug fixes and ensure they meet acceptance criteria before deployment.
* Maintain and update test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
* Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
* Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and user expectations.
* Proven experience in software testing, preferably with exposure to Pricefx or similar pricing/configuration platforms.
* Strong technical knowledge of software systems and business workflows.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a methodical approach to test design and execution.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail, Selenium).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
* Domain knowledge of the Pricefx software is extremely helpful but not required.
