Sr Manager, IT Operations

* Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field;
Master’s degree preferred
* A minimum of 10 years of experience serving in an IT leadership role
* Demonstrated experience in vendor management and Vendor Management Office (VMO) responsibilities
* Proven ability to establish, enforce, and improve PMO standards, processes, and tools for IT project delivery
* Track record of driving value delivery for strategic IT initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Experience supporting the development and execution of IT strategy, with a focus on governance and transparency
* Strong background in organizational change management, enabling successful adoption of new processes and technologies
* Ability to build and strengthen relationships with business and IT partners to foster collaboration and support strategic priorities
* Experience monitoring project and vendor performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions
* Proficiency in budget tracking and reporting, aligning spending with strategic objectives and financial guidelines
* Commitment to providing guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members
* Flexibility to define, design, and execute additional programs and process changes as directed by IT leadership
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to travel up to 15%
