We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in the automotive industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross‑functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of software and engineering projects, and facilitating Agile/Scrum practices within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end project execution in alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams; facilitate stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, software development, testing, and business teams.
• Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables while managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track progress using JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Communicate project status and key metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate with automotive OEM and Tier‑1 suppliers to align deliverables with compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to ASPICE, ISO 26262
  , and automotive quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in automotive software, embedded, or vehicle programs
  .
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
  , and collaboration tools.
• Experience working with OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers in North America.

Preferred

Skills:

• CSM / PSM / PMP certification
• Exposure to ADAS, Infotainment, Powertrain, or ECU projects
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and ASPICE standards
