Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of IT strategy, providing governance and transparency throughout strategy delivery.
  • Enforce and continuously improve PMO standards, processes, and tools to drive consistent project delivery across IT initiatives.
  • Lead the Vendor Management Office, overseeing vendor selection, performance, and compliance to ensure optimal value from strategic partners.
  • Oversee budget tracking and reporting, aligning spending with strategic objectives and financial guidelines.
  • Lead acquisition due diligence activities and integration planning, coordinating with IT functions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with the business and IT partners to foster collaboration and support strategic priorities.
  • Drive and oversee value delivery for key IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the enterprise.
  • Monitor project and vendor performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to ensure achievement of goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members, supporting professional growth and effective project execution.
  • Define, design, and execute additional programs and process changes as directed by the Director, IT Transformation and the CIO.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience serving in an IT leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and Vendor Management Office responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to establish, enforce, and improve PMO standards, processes, and tools for IT project delivery.
  • Track record of driving value delivery for strategic IT initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of IT strategy, with a focus on governance and transparency.
  • Strong background in organizational change management, enabling successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Ability to build and strengthen relationships with business and IT partners to foster collaboration and support strategic priorities.
  • Experience monitoring project and vendor performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in budget tracking and reporting, aligning spending with strategic objectives and financial guidelines.
  • Commitment to providing guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members.
  • Flexibility to define, design, and execute additional programs and process changes as directed by IT leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
