The ICT Mopar Release Manager is responsible for scheduling and managing software releases for applications supporting Mopar Parts & Service and Connected Vehicle, working in a cross-functional team environment.

The Release Manager also manages access to application code to minimize conflicts between support and development groups.

Requirements include:

• ITIL Release, Control, and Validation Certification.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Release Manager.
• Determining the criticality of releases to resolve conflicts between Build and Run teams.
• Deciding when escalation is required based on release measures not being met.

Overall experience: 6 years. Primary skill:
Release Management skills.
