- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and secure deployment of trading, market data, and financial applications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of low-latency systems supporting financial market operations.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with development, trading, and platform engineering teams to ensure seamless application delivery and production support.
- Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance controls in regulated financial environments.
- Support high-availability architectures, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements for mission-critical trading platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop observability solutions using tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog to ensure proactive monitoring.
- Must have experience working with Fin Tech firms, capital markets, investment banking, electronic trading, market data, or other financial services environments.
5+ years in Dev Ops/SRE roles with exposure to front-office trading systems, exchange connectivity, low-latency platforms, and financial market infrastructure.
Salary$75,000 - $120,000
