Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking Real Estate Paralegal resources for our Direct Client.

Location:

Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite)

Pay rate: $26/hour on W2.

$25.00/hr – $26.00/hr

• Required to be or become a notary public for the purpose of notarizing legal documents
• 2+ years of experience working as a corporate or commercial real estate paralegal/professional/administrator/property manager for a law firm, a real estate company, or equivalent
• Proficient understanding of the real estate process, including related transactional and legal work
• Comprehension of all real estate related documentation, including purchase or sale contracts, leases, options, agreements, letters of understanding, etc.
• Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill set
• Ability to exhibit resourcefulness, forward thinking and time management
• Demonstrated ability to manage challenges – provide and implement appropriate solutions
• Strong presentation and communications skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with both internal and external individuals and groups
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Sheets, Word, Docs)
