Qualifications:

*** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in the U.S.
* 7+ years of professional experience in trade compliance law, with significant exposure to export controls and sanctions.
* Deep knowledge of U.S. export control regulations, U.S. and EU sanctions, and global trade laws.
* Familiarity with product classification systems and licensing processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience interacting with U.S. government agencies.
* Prior in-house counsel experience in a global organization.
* Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing or automotive environment.
