Lead Electrician

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical contractors and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective task completion.
• Serve as the technical authority in electrical systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage daily jobsite planning, task allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, local code compliance, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project management teams to resolve onsite challenges and maintain schedule integrity.
• Evaluate and guide contractor performance, enforcing discipline and productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, issues, and material usage.

• Master-level proficiency in industrial electrical systems, panel wiring, conduit installation, and control circuits.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in electrical installation with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, layouts, and engineering drawings.
• Assertive, confident leadership with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with contractors and managing field execution teams.
