Character of PositionAs a Build Support, you will be responsible for coordinating with Processors to aid in development of processing and manufacturing plans.
Responsibilities- Responsible for completing CAD‑related tasks identified by processing and manufacturing plans
- Create 3D data and 2D drawings to support manufacturing and outsourcing processes
- Distinguish stages of manufacturing and relevance of information at each stage
- Identify and relay tolerancing and other necessary information for each stage of manufacturing
- Must be able to achieve quality and production goals
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Proficiency in Catia V5 or equivalent CAD software
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High level of thoroughness and organization
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 2+ years using Catia or similar CAD software
- Aerospace industry experience preferred
