About the Role:We are seeking a results‑driven SaaS Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a passion for driving growth through digital marketing strategies tailored to software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) products. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns that generate awareness/leads, nurture/engage, and support customer retention/growth.
Your work will directly impact our brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Support the channel leads in planning, launch, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content, social, etc…)
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals
- Assist with creating compelling content for all channels
- Ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to target personas
- Maintain marketing funnels to assist with targeting and segmentation to ensure the right message at the right time to the right audience
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across the buyer journey
- Coordinate with the Software Digital Experience & Marketing Intelligence team to track campaign performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up to date with SaaS industry trends and competitor strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis
