Woodland Direct is looking for a PPC Analyst to join our performance marketing team and help drive growth through paid search. You'll work hands‑on with live campaigns, meaningful budgets, and a collaborative team that values smart testing, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing- Help build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Monitor performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas to improve
- Support keyword research, ad copy updates, and bid adjustments
- Assist with reporting and tracking key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
- Support Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, Web, Sales, and Customer Service teams
- Experience or education in marketing, analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
- Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and interest in performance marketing
- Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to keep learning
- Hybrid work environment in Auburn Hills, MI
