Part Time Crew Mate (Part Time Sales Associate)

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience aligns with our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and prioritizes service.

• Generate sales and meet goals/measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Enhance customer experience by reflecting the brand’s vision
• Lead email capture efforts and educate new associates
• Maintain and update customer wish lists, notifying customers of new products
• Assist in training new associates and fostering a welcoming environment
• Support recruiting efforts and team-building activities
• Maintain efficient merchandise controls and store cleanliness
• Contribute to merchandising standards and provide weekly product feedback

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
