We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and focus on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Support store security and prevent theft in collaboration with management.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
