The Operations Support Associate helps keep the retail store running smoothly by processing merchandise, maintaining inventory, and supporting the sales floor. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and handle transactions as business needs require.
Responsibilities- Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
- Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain clean, welcoming sales floor and fitting room areas.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and support front- and back-of-house operations.
- Back-of-house or related experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to lift or climb as needed and maneuver throughout the store.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
