And now, we seek a motivated, product-focused sales leader to help drive the continued success of a growing icon — the Jeep Gladiator, which is up an impressive 43% year over year. As the Jeep Brand Gladiator Director, the ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with retail sales and marketing experience (automotive preferred). Individuals in this position are responsible for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives while expanding brand and product awareness, including Jeep accessories, and executing effective retail activation plans.
In this role, the individual must be able to think strategically, clearly communicate opportunities, and implement actionable plans. They will be expected to develop innovative, sales tactics that break through the noise and drive demand, while remaining laser-focused on regional performance data to optimize results and identify untapped opportunities. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to leverage analytical data to understand market trends and make recommendations that deliver positive sales and share growth.
This position requires strong oral and written communication skills, including the capability to deliver executive-level presentations and business cases.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 10+ years related work experience
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience; automotive experience
- 5+ years of field sales operations experience
- Digital Marketing experience and product commercial launch experience
