We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Senior Lead Tech to join our Commercial HVAC team. If you know your way around rooftop units and commercial systems, take pride in quality work, and show up ready to get the job done right, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Service and maintain rooftop units, commercial split systems, small boilers, water heaters, heat pumps, electrical pumps, make-up air systems, tube heaters, and other related equipment

Diagnose issues, order necessary materials and supplies, and make repairs and replacements as needed

Read and interpret wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and repair systems

Provide excellent customer service and communication

Work on ladders, lift compressors and motors, and handle physically demanding tasks

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Accurately record time and invoices using a company-provided tablet

Work 40 hours per week with occasional weekend on-call shifts

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience (the more, the better!)

EPA certification

Clean driving record

Necessary tools for the job
