Looking for someone with stamping press knowledge Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer facilities to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and automation equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues affecting machine performance.
Troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems, production equipment, and related components.
Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, testing, and validation.
Identify equipment failures and determine the appropriate corrective actions.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation.
Replace, adjust, and repair mechanical and electrical components as needed.
Support troubleshooting of sensors, motors, actuators, safety devices, and other industrial equipment.
Work with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical problems.
Document service activities, repairs, equipment issues, and recommended follow-up actions.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment status, repairs, and technical concerns.
Follow customer safety requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable company policies.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal personnel when needed.
