• Research & Compliance:
  Stay current on evolving tax laws and regulations; conduct tax research as needed
• Audit Support:
  Assist with IRS and state tax audits when necessary
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training
• Project Management:
  Oversee multiple engagements and deliver results within deadlines

• CPA license (or near completion)
• 35 years of public accounting tax experience (6+ years preferred for senior roles)
• Deep understanding of federal and state tax codes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
