Student Assistant - Building Operations Coordinator
Auburn University’s School of Forestry is seeking a student employee to join its Building Operations team. This student will support the School of Forestry building Operations Coordinator with vehicle fleet, errands, event set-ups and tear downs.
Essential Functions- Drive 30 AU State trucks and vans to Facilities Automotive for maintenance, fuel, oil changes, washing, yearly inspections
- Pick up vehicles from Facilities
- Drop off event linens at Village Laundry
- Pick up linens at Village Laundry
- Purchase fleet vehicle cleaning supplies from Walmart
- Deliver Accounting forms to AU Onboarding
- Deliver Accounting forms to Mary Martin Hall
- Deliver Accounting forms to Ingram Hall
- Pick up furniture from Surplus
- Drive to Mary Olive Thomas property for small repairs
- Drive to Atmospheric Deposition site for small repairs
- Drive to Forest Products Lab and Pest Lab for building inspections
- Drive to KPNC to address minor vehicle issues

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
