The Traveling Electrical Site Safety Coordinator – Data Center Construction supports large-scale electrical data center projects across the U.S. This role is vital in promoting and enforcing safety culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific safety standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-tech construction environments, is comfortable traveling, and is dedicated to safety on mission-critical sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site safety lead for electrical crews at data center projects.
• Implement and maintain site-specific safety plans per company and client standards.
• Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, JHAs, and ensure PPE compliance.
• Investigate incidents and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote safety.
• Maintain safety documentation, including training and inspection records.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA 70E, and related safety codes.
• Support safety training for new hires and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of construction safety experience, preferably in electrical or data center environments.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety protocols.
• Proven ability to manage safety on fast-paced, multi-trade sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel full-time and adapt to new sites.
