Pm Construction Superintendent

Deck Tech is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead projects, subcontractors, and field crews from start to finish.

At Deck Tech, we specialize in premium outdoor living projects for homeowners, including decks, porches, pergolas, and other outdoor spaces. We're a rapidly growing construction company, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll take ownership of projects in the field and make sure they are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Deck Tech's quality standards.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and field crews

• Managing multiple residential construction projects

• Creating and maintaining daily and weekly schedules

• Planning ahead to prevent delays and jobsite problems

• Inspecting workmanship and holding crews accountable to quality standards

• Communicating clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors

• Solving problems quickly when unexpected challenges arise

• Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites

• Ensuring safety procedures and construction requirements are followed

• Reviewing plans, scopes of work, and project details before and during construction

• Taking ownership of projects from startup through final completion

• 10 years of construction field experience preferred

• Previous construction leadership or superintendent experience strongly preferred

• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews

• Strong understanding of residential construction practices

• Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes of work

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
