The position in the JTV Large Animal Teaching Hospital is responsible for assisting with patient care in the equine section between 9 pm and 6 am.

• Setting up for emergencies
• Assisting with hourly walk-bys
• Administer medications
• Perform physical exams
• Hang IV fluids
• Maintain cleanliness of the hospital and animal areas
• Restock supplies
