A leading automotive manufacturer is looking for a Development Lead to join their Interior Seating team. In this role, you will act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding Design Release Engineers on various seat components and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. You will also drive issue resolution across subdisciplines and support the integration of seat systems with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years in automotive seating engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CAD tools.
