We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of Opelika, Montgomery. • Provide high-quality patient care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure personalized care and support

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement customized care plans that meet each client's unique needs

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge as a CNA
