Overview

Our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time / permanent position with a direct client of Aprio Talent Solutions.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

What

You’ll Own
  • Support HR administration and compliance, including ISO
    9001 and IATF
    16949 systems
  • Maintain personnel records, employee files, and HR reporting requirements
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding sessions
  • Prepare offboarding documentation and conduct separation processes
  • Manage benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries
  • Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and related reporting
  • Support performance management processes and track reviews
  • Help plan training sessions, company events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate vendors for facility services and maintain office supply inventory
  • Ensure safety and workplace standards are upheld
Must-Haves
  • Two years of related college courses or equivalent work experience
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Nice to Have
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Experience in manufacturing or ISO-certified environments
