Position Title
Student Worker - IT Help Desk
Job SummaryGeneral IT support including troubleshooting, imaging, setting up workstations, inventory, and decommissioning workstations. Candidates should have an interest in IT, preferably with a background in Windows or Mac support.
Responsibilities- IT troubleshooting, device imaging, setting up workstations, inventory, and decommissioning workstations.
- Answer help desk calls and create service tickets using Service Now software.
- Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University.
- Current enrollment in an Information Technology related curriculum with background in Windows or Mac Support.
$10.00/hour
Work Hours5-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm; weekend hours available for special projects as needed.
