Digital Marketing Project Manager

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will support marketing performance initiatives that drive a simplified, intuitive, and personalized journey for Stellantis customers across tiers and channels. This individual will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of tier-less connected funnel initiatives, including managing resources, requirements, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading projects across multiple brands, departments, and priorities, and will work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing Strategy.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timing
• Develop and execute detailed end-to-end project plans
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope and budget
• Ensure project delivery adheres to required standards
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments
• Proactively assess potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and resolve obstacles
• Track progress and overall performance of project deliverables
• Own establishment of program timelines, on-time delivery of milestones, and ongoing reporting of the program status
• Proactively identify when issues arise, timing is off track, or deliverables are at risk; and develop a clear action plan to prevent delays
• Actively manage the interdependencies of each deliverable and their impact on overall program delivery and timing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management; preferably in marketing, analytic product, or technology product industries
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Experience in budget and resource management
• Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent executive level presentation skills
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• PMP certification
