Salary Range
: $16.00 Base+Commission/month

Allen Turner Automotive is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Events Coordinator to oversee our social media presence while playing a key role in the development, engagement, and retention of our employees across all Auburn dealership locations.

This role blends employee-focused initiatives with brand storytelling and is ideal for a culture-driven, marketing-minded professional who is comfortable on camera, confident engaging with employees and leadership, and able to represent the company across digital platforms, live events, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities Employee Experience
  • Create and implement policies and procedures that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Support operational performance improvement initiatives
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events, including food trucks, Thanksgiving potlucks, and the annual Christmas party
  • Lead employee rewards and recognition programs
  • Promote and model a positive organizational culture
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Social Media Management
  • Lead all social media content development across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube for all Auburn dealership locations
  • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, posts, and reviews
  • Host regular social media giveaways to increase engagement and community presence
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create short-form social content
  • Assist in developing social media campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Track and report social media metrics and performance to the CMO and relevant departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in social media management, marketing, HR, or employee engagement preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
