RN - PRIMARY CARE QUALITY PROGRAMS EAMC MISSION

POSITION SUMMARYThe RN will collaborate with quality team and primary care providers to improve: risk diagnosis coding, medication reconciliations, statin measures, disease specific patient education, and transitions of care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Education
ADN
Minimum Experience1 year nursing experience
Required Registration/License/CertificationBLS obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer
Registered Nursing License
Preferred EducationN/A
Preferred Experience1+ years clinical nursing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
