Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Collect daily QC Samples.
- Put newly collected samples that require specific storage conditions in a designated area for a specified period.
- Perform a visual inspection of all collected QC samples.
- Report to QC Lab Supervisor or Quality Laboratory Manager any visual defect found.
- Verify the calibration status of all equipment & tools to use for measuring quality characteristics.
- Set up required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality standards.
- Report to the QC Lab Supervisor any sample that fails any required test.
- File all quality documentation.
- Perform any other tests when required.
- Daily cleaning of all equipment and work surfaces within the lab.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel and Access)
- Detail Oriented
