Lucy's Restaurant Group is seeking a QSR Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our two exciting quick-service concepts – Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co. – located inside Auburn University's brand-new Hey Day Market, just steps from the Rane Culinary Science Center and The Laurel Hotel & Spa.

• Oversee daily operations of Wildchild Taco and Little Darling Burger Co.
• Lead and inspire a team of Supervisors, Crew Members, and QSR Professionals
• Drive flawless execution of recipes, food quality, and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, labor, cost controls, ordering, and scheduling to achieve financial goals
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while building a culture of excellence
• Jump in when needed – whether on grill, register, or expo – to ensure success during high-volume service
• Partner with the Director of Operations and Executive Chef to deliver elevated guest experiences

• 2+ years leadership experience in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume food service
• Proven track record of team leadership, training, and development
• Strong operational knowledge (scheduling, inventory, food safety, labor management)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to raising the bar in QSR dining
• Preferred:
  Serv Safe certification, Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management degree
