. Be part of a passionate Food Services Team in a full‑time role located in Auburn, AL. Your contributions will help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in our dining operations.

We’re hiring a full‑time Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations, coordinate staff, and maintain food safety standards. You will work under a manager while driving continuous improvement and fostering team growth.

• Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets.
• Direct daily activities and ensure food production meets safety and quality policies.
• Store food items safely and maintain a hazard‑free environment.
• Serve food per menu specifications and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Track inventory weekly and prepare orders as needed.
• Supervise, evaluate, mentor employees and promote teamwork.
• Maintain logs and logs of equipment maintenance.
• Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective action.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
• Manage catering events, prepare schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assume cashier duties when required.
• Promote positive public relations and attend staff meetings.

• Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Completed or completing a sanitation course within first year.
• Knowledgeable in running a cost‑effective program.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stay emotionally composed under stress.
• Conflict resolution and strong organizational skills.

Position located in Auburn, AL. Salary range: $–$. The role is full‑time and requires occasional night and weekend events.
